I’m Phil – I create learning, teach, coach, mentor, advise, and continually learn. My life journey has cultivated knowledge and wisdom through academic studies, life experience, and my personal and professional activities and interests. I’m often described as a Renaissance Person, because my interests and experience span many domains.

I’ve been a person of faith since the mid-1970’s, and the life of faith I’ve lived for nearly 50 years shapes and informs everything I do.

I’ve taught in Higher Education, developed assessments, and managed IT certification programs. I consult, mentor, and coach individuals and organizational teams. I can help you discover what you want to do, the required knowledge and skills, and help you craft a roadmap to get there. I’ve worked with individuals and teams in Information Technology, Continuing Education, Education Management, Manufacturing, Financial and Professional Services, and Christian Ministry.
